The Company has been informed that an employee has exercised 25,000 share options which had been granted under the Company's Approved Share Scheme following which application will today be made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The 25,000 new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 16 June 2008.
