Additional Listing
The Company has been notified that an employee has exercised options over a total of 38,560 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), which had been granted under one of the Company's share option schemes.
Application will be made for the 38,560 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 4 August 2011.
