ASOS PLC13 March 2007 ASOS plc ("ASOS" or "the Company") Additional Listing Options over a total of 129,000 ordinary shares of the Company were exercised byan employee yesterday. Accordingly, application has been made for a total of129,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The 129,000 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares of the Company and dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected tocommence on 16 March 2007.
