The Company has been informed that an employee has exercised 100,000 share options which had been granted under one of the Company's share option schemes following which application will be made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The 100,000 new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 27 January 2009.
