Associated British Engineering plc have been advised of the following dealing in its shares.
(1) the name of the person discharging managerial responsibilities within the issuer , or, where applicable, the name of the connected with such a person; Rupert Pearce Gould
(2) the reason for responsibility to notify; Chairman of trading Subsidiary
(3) the name of the relevant issuer; Associated British Engineering Plc
(4) a description of the financial instrument; Ordinary Shares
(5) the nature of the transaction (e.g. acquisition or disposal); Acquisition
(6) the date and place of the transaction; and 14 September 2010 , London
(7) the price and volume of the transaction. 7,100 ordinary shares at 107.5p per share
The above takes Rupert Pearce Gould's holding of Ordinary Shares in the company to 127,850 which is 9.73% of the Ordinary share capital.
