Associated British Engineering plc ("Company")
The Company has today been advised that Colin Weinberg has purchased 4,000 ABE plc Ordinary Shares at £1.25 each and additionally that David Brown has also purchased 4,000 ABE plc Ordinary shares at £1.25 each. The following chart sets out the respective holdings.
