BOARD APPOINTMENT
ABE is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Beaumont to the Board of the Company as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Andrew Richard Beaumont (52) is a director of Aldbury Associates Limited, a business which provides company secretarial services. His past experience includes having been a Director of Independent Registrars Group Limited (IRG), and working in Russia for part of the Overseas Aid Development Agency as a British consultant to the governing body for regulating Registrars (PARTAD).
Mr Beaumont's current and past directorships are set out below, and there is no further information to be disclosed under the Listing Rules.
