TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In compliance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), Alpha Real Trust notifies the following:

As at 31 July 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 64,654,705 ordinary shares of no par value. Each ordinary share carries one voting right except for 7,717,581 shares which the Company holds in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 56,937,124.

The figure of 56,937,124 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
