share buyback announcement
Alpha Real Trust announces that it has entered into an irrevocable and non-discretionary arrangement with its broker, Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited, to repurchase on its behalf and within certain pre-set parameters, ordinary shares in the Company during the Company's close period commencing on 22 April 2013 and ending on 20 June 2013. This arrangement is in accordance with the Company's share buyback authority and the Takeover Panel Waiver that were approved by shareholders at the Company's extraordinary general meeting on 7 March 2013.
