Share Buy-back Announcement
Alpha Tiger Property Trust Limited ("Alpha Tiger" or the "Company"), announces that it has entered into irrevocable and non-discretionary arrangements with Panmure Gordon to repurchase on its behalf and within certain pre-set parameters, ordinary shares in the Company during the period commencing 11 April 2010 and ending on 10 June 2010. This arrangement is in accordance with the Company's share buyback authority and the Takeover Panel waiver that was approved by shareholders on 12 January 2010.
