ALPHA TIGER PROPERTY TRUST LIMITED

CHANGE IN ACCOUNTING REFERENCE DATE
Alpha Tiger today announces that it has changed its accounting reference date to 31 March (from 31 December). This change is to align the Company's accounting reference date with the accounting reference date of its subsidiary companies in India and hence, provide cost efficiencies in accounting and audit processes.
As a result, Alpha Tiger will publish its next audited report and accounts for the fifteen month period ending 31 March 2010. The next interim accounts to be published will be for the nine month period ending 30 September 2009. Quarterly trading updates will be produced as normal in the quarters between published reports; the next trading update, for the first quarter 2009, will be announced on 20 May 2009 as per the current financial calendar.
