At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday 17 March 2011, the resolutions in relation to the Takeover Panel Waiver and the Share Purchase were approved by shareholders.
The table below shows the number of votes received for and against the resolutions, representing a total of 86 per cent. of the total voting rights of 56,412,294 ordinary shares as at the date of the meeting.
