ALPHA REAL TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA REAL TRUST" OR THE "COMPANY")
Dividend record date
As previously announced, the record date for the Company's first dividend since listing, of 1.05 pence per share, was on 19 April 2013. The dividend will be paid on 3 May 2013 to all holders of ordinary shares and class A shares.
The current intention of the Company is to pay a dividend semiannually.
