ALPHA TIGER PROPERTY TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA TIGER" OR THE COMPANY")

approval of investment in Close High Income Properties PLC ("CHIP")

The Board of Alpha Tiger welcomes the announcement today by CHIP stating that all resolutions at its AGM and EGM were passed with the necessary majorities to facilitate the Company's investment in CHIP as previously announced on 13 July 2010.

The Company will invest £4.75m in CHIP by way of convertible unsecured loan stock earning a coupon of 4.75% and 18% redemption premium if not converted.
