Asia Resource Minerals plc ("ARMS" or the "Company")
Statement Regarding Separation Transaction
ARMS announces that it has been informed by the Bakrie Group that it is not able to complete the Separation Transaction in accordance with the original January 2014 timetable and a request has been made by the Bakrie Group to extend the timetable to completion. The Company is engaged in discussions with the Bakrie Group to understand the reasons for the delay and how long that delay needs to be and will consider this request for an extension based on those reasons.
