Arlington Group PLC26 January 2005 Arlington Group PLC Cancellation of Listing and re-admission Further to the circular posted to shareholders on 29 November 2004 and theannouncements made by the Company on the 23 December 2004 and 13 January 2005 inrelation to the Scheme of Arrangement, the Company is pleased to announce thepublication of the admission document for the flotation of Arlington GroupLimited. Application has been made by the Company for the Arlington Group Limitedordinary shares to be admitted to AIM at 8.00am on 31 January 2005. The listingof the existing Arlington Group plc ordinary shares is expected to be cancelledat 8.00am on 31 January 2005. All existing Arlington Group plc ordinary shareswill be cancelled and shareholders will receive one Arlington Group Limitedordinary share for each existing Arlington Group plc ordinary share held.
