ALBANS, England, June 21, 2007 - ARC International (LSE: ARK) todayannounced that its Board of Directors has appointed Steven Gunders to the Boardas a Non Executive Director. Gunders will become Chairman of the RemunerationCommittee and a member of the Audit Committee. Steven Gunders is a qualified C.P.A. and holds an MBA from the University ofChicago. A former partner with Deloitte and Touche, he has more than 35 yearsof financial consulting experience. Most recently, Gunders was the global leadconsulting partner at Deloitte Consulting with a particular focus on privateequity clients' buy and build strategies both in the United States andinternationally. Commenting on his appointment, Gunders said, "ARC has ambitious plans for growthboth organically and through acquisition, and I am delighted to be joining thecompany at this exciting point in its history.
