ARC International plc ("the Company")
A block listing application has been made for 971,269 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Once admitted, these shares will rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The shares will be issued under the following block listing scheme: ARC International Performance Share Plan.
