ARC International plc ("the Company")
Pursuant to the terms of the acquisition of Sonic Focus as announced on 11 February 2008, application has been made to the Financial Services Authority for the first tranche of 1,364,445 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company to be admitted to listing on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for such new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on its main market for listed securities.
It is expected this will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 11 May 2009.
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
