Arc Minerals announces that it was notified today, that on 3 April 2024 Ian Lynch, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 1,142,857 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.75 pence per share and on 4 April 2024 he purchased a further 278,009 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.7985p (a total purchase of 1,420,866 ordinary shares). All were purchased through his SIPP.
Following this transaction, Ian Lynch now holds a beneficial interest in 4,304,771 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.30 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
