Arc Minerals announces that today it was notified that today Mr Rémy Welschinger, Finance Director of the Company, had purchased a total of 1,500,000 shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 3.04 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Rémy Welschinger holds a beneficial interest in 14,528,844 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.49 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Mr Welschinger holds a beneficial interest in 23,024,446 options and warrants.
