The Board of Ortac, the AIM quoted exploration and mine development company, announces that Paternoster Resources plc has today confirmed to the Company that further to its participation in the recent placings it now holds 840,000,000 ordinary shares in Ortac, representing 11.7 % of the Company.
Vassilios Carellas, CEO of Ortac Resources Limited said: "We are pleased to see that Paternoster Resources plc have taken this strategic position and are now a key shareholder who see value in the Company's portfolio of assets".
