Arc Minerals announces that it was notified that Mr Nick von Schirnding, Executive Chairman of the Company, had purchased 471,075 shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") yesterday at a price of 2.73 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Nick von Schirnding holds a beneficial interest in 7,631,075 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.42 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
