Arc Minerals announces that it was notified that Mr Nick von Schirnding, Executive Chairman of the Company, had purchased 472,900 shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") yesterday at a price of 3.10 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Nick von Schirnding holds a beneficial interest in 8,103,975 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.50 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Mr von Schirnding has a beneficial interest in 7,620,195 incentive options equating to 1.40% of the Company's issued share capital.
