Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified on 9 May 2013 that on that day Mr. Charles Wood, Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.24p per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Wood has an interest in 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
