Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and mine development company, announces that it was notified on 27 January 2016 that Mr Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, on that date bought 10,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.025p per share through his ISA Account with Charles Stanley Direct.

Following this transaction, Anthony Balme has a beneficial interest in 292,593,763 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.75 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
