Cancelled Shares

The Company was notified on 19 December 2022 by a custodian, holding ordinary shares of Arc as a nominee for a number of FCA authorised firms and their clients, that they have returned a total of 1,970,589 ordinary shares of the Company to Arc's share registrars on 19 December 2022 due to an error by the Company and the 1,970,589 ordinary shares of the Company were consequently cancelled on 19 December 2022.

Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that at the date of this announcement the total issued share capital is 1,225,744,782 Ordinary Shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"). There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,225,744,782. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator or the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
