Templar Minerals Limited23 November 2007 23 November 2007 Templar Minerals Limited ('Templar Minerals' or 'the Company') Changes to the Board Templar Minerals (AIM: TMP) today announces that Guy Elliot, Non-ExecutiveDirector, has resigned with immediate effect in order to focus his attention onother business interests. Following this change the composition of the Board is: David Anthony Lenigas, Chairman. Mr. Lenigas has extensive experience operatingin the AIM environment and is currently the Executive Chairman of Lonrho Plc,Chairman of Leni Gas & Oil Plc and is a non executive director of MediterraneanOil & Gas PLC Global Coal Management PLC and River Diamonds PLC. John Ian Stalker, Non-Executive Director. Mr. Stalker is the former ChiefExecutive Officer of UraMin. He has over thirty years of mining experience inEurope, Africa and Australia. Previously he was at Gold Fields Ltd., the world'sfourth largest gold producer. At Gold Fields, he managed the company's PGEproject in Finland and became a vice president and responsible for all of thecompany's projects in Australia and Europe in 2004. He also worked as a managingdirector at Ashanti Goldfields Company Limited from 1996 to 1998, where he wasresponsible for implementation of all the company's large scale projects inAfrica. Neil Lindsey Herbert, Non-Executive Director. Mr. Herbert is the former FinanceDirector of UraMin Inc. and was previously Finance Director of Galahad Gold PLC,International Molybdenum PLC, Kalahari Diamond Resources PLC and HPD ExplorationPLC. He was also Chief Financial Officer of Argentinian gold explorer BrancoteHoldings PLC until its acquisition by Meridian Gold Inc and was Group FinancialController of Antofagasta PLC when the Los Pelambres and El Tesoro copper mineswere brought to production. Before joining the mining sector he worked forPricewaterhouseCoopers and he is a fellow of the Association of CharteredCertified Accountants. Graham Edward Mascall, Non-Executive Director. Mr. Mascall has over 35 yearsexperience in the international mining and finance industry. He has held severalsenior management positions in the mining industry including positions at BHPBilliton plc (chief executive officer, mergers and acquisitions) and OutokumpoMetals and Resources Oy (vice president, business and development). Mr. Mascallhas also held senior positions in investment banking with Morgan Grenfell/Deutsche Bank and project finance with Barclays Bank (assistant director).
