Board Changes
Ortac Resources Limited, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, announces that Dusty Nicol, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has stepped down from the Board in order to pursue other business interests. Dusty's resignation will take effect as of 1 January 2012. Ortac is now seeking a suitable replacement for Dusty with relevant resources and European experience.
Ortac CEO Vassilios Carellas said, "I would like to thank Dusty for his contribution to Ortac over the years. His extensive international experience in mineral exploration and mining has been invaluable to our highly experienced Board of Directors and I wish him well in future endeavours. We are now actively seeking to replace Dusty's Non-Executive position with an equally experienced member and will update shareholders accordingly."
