Director/PDMR Shareholding
Aquis Exchange PLC (AQX.L), the creator and facilitator of next-generation financial markets, has been notified that Glenn Collinson, Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased a total of 7,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 31 March 2023 at an average price of £4.00 per Ordinary Share.
Following this, Glenn Collinson now holds 19,503 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.

About Aquis Exchange PLC

Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE) is a stock market providing primary and secondary markets for equity and debt products. It is authorised as a Recognised Investment Exchange, which allows it to operate a regulated listings venue. The AQSE Growth Market is divided into two segments 'Access' and 'Apex', with different levels of admission criteria. The Access market focuses on earlier stage growth companies, while Apex is the intended market for larger, more established businesses.
