NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
On 21 March 2013 David Sherriff, Chief Executive Officer of Microgen plc, and Philip Wood, Group Finance Director of Microgen plc, increased their respective shareholdings to 438,466 (previously 189,000 shares) and 142,246 (previously 60,000 shares) respectively.
The increase in both Mr Sherriff and Mr Wood’s shareholding is as a result of the exercise of a total of 927,561 share options with a total of 595,849 shares sold to cover tax and other costs arising on the exercise of share options.  The following tables provide further details of the notification for Mr Sherriff and Mr Wood.
