The Company announces that it received notice on 11 November 2009 that Tom Crawford exercised options over 20,125 Ordinary Shares at 5 pence per share under the Microgen Performance Share Plan 2006. Following this transaction Mr. Crawford's total shareholding in the Company is 85,050 Ordinary Shares representing 0.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company also received notice on 11 November 2009 that the following PDMRs exercised options as indicated below and subsequently sold the shares on 12 November 2009:
