Confirmation of Non-Executive Directors Resignation Date
Following the Company's Annual General Meeting and as previously advised, the Company confirms that Mr Paul Davies and Mr Ralph Kanter have resigned from the Board with effect from today. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Kanter and Mr Davies for their service on the Board.
