Annual General Meeting Statement

Aptamer Group plc (AIM: APTA), the developer of novel Optimer® binders to enable innovation in the life sciences industry, will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 10:00 am today at the offices of Aptamer Group plc, Windmill House, Innovation Way, York, YO10 5BR.

Since the Group was recapitalised in August 2023, it has made significant technical and commercial progress. This includes a reduction of the cost base, streamlining of the production processes for increased production capacity and a reduction of material requirements from customers. The Group has continued to build and convert the commercial pipeline, including the recent announcement of a partnership with a genetic medicines company for Optimer development to support targeted delivery of new medicines. No new material information will be provided.

The results of the AGM will be announced to the London Stock Exchange and placed on the Group's website, in the usual way, as soon as practicable after the conclusion of the AGM.
