Updated Notice of Results
APQ Global is a company incorporated in Guernsey (company registration number 62008) which is listed on The International Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on AIM.
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 24 July 2020, the Company expects that, due to further time required to refine the disclosure in accounts and the associated review by the Company's auditor, BDO, it will now report its audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 in September 2020.
This remains within the three month extension to 30 September 2020, as granted by AIM Regulation and announced on 22 June 2020.
Further to the same announcement on 24 July 2020, the Company also expects to report its interim accounts in September 2020.
