APQ Global Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey, announces that Mr Al-Wadhah Al-Adawi has stepped down as Non-Executive Director of the Board of APQ Global with immediate effect. This follows Mr Al-Adawi accepting another role in a full time capacity. The Board has begun a search for his successor and will make a further announcement in due course.
Wayne Bulpitt, Non-Executive Chair, said:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Al-Wadhah for his contribution to the Board since June 2021. We wish him well for the future".
