Director Shareholding
Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, announces that on 1 April 2010 it was advised that Thomas Casdagli, a non-executive Director of the Company, has a beneficial interest in 18,804 ordinary shares of the Company (representing 0.01% of the issued share capital) and £972 nominal of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock in the Company ("CULS") (0.02% of the CULS in issue). These interests arise as a result of Mr Casdagli being a partner of MVM Fund III LLP and MVM Fund III (No. 2) LLP, which between them own 19,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company and £1,000,000 nominal of CULS.
