Anglo Pacific Group PLC09 July 2007 9th July 2007 Anglo Pacific Group PLC Scrip Dividend Anglo Pacific Group plc ("the Company") announces that, as in previous years, on29th June 2007 it sent a Circular to shareholders pursuant to the Scrip DividendAlternative that was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 25th April2007. This gives shareholders on the Register on 22nd June 2007 the option totake the final dividend of 3.75p per share for the year ended 31st December 2006in shares instead of cash. The last time for return of forms of election is3.00pm on 20th July 2007.
