This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules and article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulations (EU) no. 596/2014 ("MAR").
The Company was notified on 09 September 2020 that, Mr Andrew Guille who is a director of Apax Guernsey Managers Limited, has beneficially acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares. The 10,000 shares were purchased on 09 September 2020 at an average price of £1.6442 per share. These shares will be held through a nominee arrangement. Following the purchase, Mr Andrew Guille owns 48,868 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
