AorTech International plc (the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 11 March 2010 that, on that day, Jon Pither, Chairman of the Company, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 250p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.35½ per Ordinary Share. These shares were purchased by Mr. Pither's pension fund. Mr Pither is now the beneficial owner of 20,050 Ordinary Shares representing 0.41% of the total number of Company shares in issue (4,832,778).
