Aortech International PLC05 September 2006 AorTech International plc ("AorTech" or "the Company") Grant of Options AorTech (AIM: AOR) announces that 20,000 options over ordinary shares of 250peach in the Company ("Share Options") have been granted to Jon Pither, theChairman of the Board of the Company, at an exercise price of 325p per share.These Share Options have been awarded under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme,details of which are available in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2006. Following the award of these Share Options, Jon Pither holds unexercised ShareOptions over 20,000 ordinary shares of 250p each in the Company, representingapproximately 0.5 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital. The Company also announces that 13,000 options over ordinary shares of 250p eachin the Company ("Share Options") have been granted to Dr Stuart Rollason, anon-executive director of the Company, at an exercise price of 325p per share.These Share Options have been awarded under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme,details of which are available in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2006.
