ActiveOps plc (the 'Company') announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares undertaken by Spencer O'Leary, a member of the Company's Senior Leadership team.
The sale relates to the satisfaction of tax liabilities and exercise costs of options crystallising as a result of the Company's share capital re-organisation in advance of its Admission to AIM.
