Update on Second Tranche of Placing
Further to the announcement on 30 December 2013 regarding the issue of equity to Wintask Group Limited ("Wintask"), Altona is pleased to announce that Wintask has satisfied its due diligence requirements and is in the process of transferring the funds.
To date the Company has received £1.78 million of the £2.38million outstanding under the terms of the placing agreement. A further announcement regarding the admission of new shares to trading on AIM and receipt of the remaining funds will be made in due course.
