Altona Energy was informed on 3 April 2014 that Philip Sutherland, Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 940,564 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") at a price of 1pence per share on 2 April 2014, representing approximately 0.12% of the Company's total issued share capital.
Mr Sutherland's total holding in the Company is now 940,564 Shares, representing approximately 0.12% of the Company's total issued share capital.
