Kiotech International plcPerformance update

At the half year stage our trading performance has been most encouraging, which gives us confidence going forward. The integration of the Optivite acquisition has gone well with the consolidation of our operations starting to deliver the planned benefits. There are a number of integration projects still underway and we expect these to be completed before the year-end. International trading has been good and in the UK we have been re-structuring our sales and operations team to help us focus on those customer segments for which we have a strong value proposition. Our balance sheet is strong with cash at 30 June 2010 being £4.6m. We are planning to announce our interim results for the six month period ended 30 June 2010 on Wednesday 15th September.
