Final Results
Correction to Note 9 - Dividend payable
Anpario plc (AIM:ANP), the international producer and distributor of natural animal feed additives for animal health, nutrition and biosecurity published its 2018 Final Results on 6 March 2019.
As correctly set out in the Chairman's Statement and the Financial Review, the Board is recommending a final dividend of 5.0 pence per share (2017: 4.5 pence) making a total of 7.2 pence per share for the year (2017: 6.5 pence), an increase of 11%.
However, there was an error in the narrative for the historical figures in 2017 and 2018 for dividend paid per share shown in Note 9. A corrected version of Note 9 is shown below:

A final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2018 of 5.0p (2017: 4.5p) per share, amounting to a total dividend of £1.5m, is to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting on 27 June 2019. These financial statements do not reflect this dividend payable.
