Director/PDMR Shareholding

Anpario plc ("Anpario" or the "Company")

The Company was notified today by Richard Edwards, a Director of the Company, that today he has sold 30,000 ordinary shares of 23 pence each ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 310 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction Richard Edwards holds 195,070 Ordinary Shares and continues to hold an interest, as joint beneficial owner, in 609,781 jointly owned Ordinary Shares, held under the terms of the Company's Joint Share Ownership Plan ("JSOP").
