NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PDMR AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
Anpario plc ("Anpario") announces that on 1 February 2021, 19,338 options were exercised into Ordinary shares of 23 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's 2017 Save As You Earn Scheme by employees and PDMRs. As such 19,338 Ordinary Shares (the "SAYE Shares") have been issued by the Company.
The SAYE Shares rank pari passu with all existing Ordinary Shares. The issue of the SAYE Shares is satisfied via the Company's existing block listing.
On 1 February 2021 the Company was notified by the following directors of the Company of the exercise of options of ordinary shares of 23 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), exercised on that day, being Ordinary Shares granted under the Company's SAYE at an option price of 334.00 pence.
