Director’s dealings
Anpario announces that, further to its announcement of 12 December 2011 that certain of the Company’s directors had agreed to cap the value of certain share options held by them over ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company (“Options” and “Ordinary Shares”, respectively), the Company has made the following payments to Directors of the Company in respect of accrued capped gains on options granted in 2009 and 2010 which will be cancelled:
£34,782 to Richard Edwards in respect of 347,824 Options
£15,518 to David Bullen in respect of 242,143 Options
The interests of Mr. Edwards and Mr. Bullen in the share capital of the Company remain unchanged as shown below.
