Anpario plc announces the resignation of Richard Scragg as Non-Executive Director of the Company. Richard joined the Company as part of the Optivite acquisition in 2009, where he was Chairman and Founder of Optivite; he later became a Non-Executive Director of Anpario plc in October 2010. The Board would like to thank Richard for his valuable contribution in helping to integrate Optivite into the Group and also providing continued support to the business. The Board wishes Richard every success in his future endeavours.
